Since 1998, Livewire has successfully modeled the business strategy of the Outsourced IT across Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties. Livewire presently employs 25 people and has three facilities. Our consultative services help  businesses make intelligent choices pertaining to technology.
Our outsourced IT product offerings allow smaller organizations to benefit from the experience of multiple technicians without the overhead. Our fixed priced solutions allow nonprofits and other cost-conscious organizations to budget appropriately and stay on track. With our growing tool set, we are capable of supplying feature-rich and timely support to the most demanding of customers.
Livewire is a licensed C-7 contractor for the state of California. Our Infrastructure services include video surveillance installation, access control installation, telephone and paging systems installations, fiber optic, and copper-based data network installations for a multitude of organizations. Our 3 teams allow us to offer turnkey installations where other service providers cannot. Livewire added telephony solutions to the portfolio of products and services over 15 years ago. Originally, emphasis was placed on hosted PBX solutions that used VoIP. Today we offer hybrid and hosted Asterisk solutions at remarkably affordable prices.
Video Surveillance integration services are a core competency for Livewire. We are authorized and partnered dealers with Exacqvision, Milestone, and Avigilon. These product lines permit us to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. Our solutions are incredibly user-friendly and allow our customers to get the most out of their surveillance system without the need for extra training.
Business Relocation services are a unique solution. Through years of experience, Livewire has managed to create a checklist that easily allows us to project manage customers undertaking a move to new facilities. This service affords the customer the time to focus on non-IT-related tasks. At the same time, Livewire makes sure that network and communication infrastructure, computer hardware, telephone system hardware, and an operative environment await them at the new site. 
 Because Livewire owns two data center facilities, we have expanded our business to provide hosting and colocation services to our customers. Our enterprise Cloud Computing Solutions are hosted within Coresite SV4 in Santa Clara with DR sites in New York. We have both shared and dedicated solutions for our customers that can scale with their business. We have the ability to offer enterprise VMware solutions at an unparalleled price point for small business, and our Virtual Server Solution products are a fraction of the price of comparable solutions with Microsoft Azure and Amazon.
